	g) PLUGIN FOLDER >> front-end >> exit_survey_confirmation.php
	h) PLUGIN FOLDER >> front-end >> step02_part >> step02_02.php
	i) PLUGIN FOLDER >> front-end >> step03_part >> step03_02.php
	j) PLUGIN FOLDER >> front-end >> step03_part >> step03_03.php
	k) PLUGIN FOLDER >> front-end >> step03_part >> step03_04.php

2) Open the file and find two symbols <!--CHANGE--> and <!--/CHANGE-->
   <!--CHANGE--> This is the beginning of the editable section.
   <!--/CHANGE--> This is the end of the editable section.

   eg: abcd<!--CHANGE-->EFG<!--CHANGE-->hijk
       In this section you can edit EFG.

3) Save the file before exit.

NOTE:

1) We recommend you to keep backup before editing the file.
2) If you wish to change value of any HTML element (eg: <input VALUE="1234" />) you must put the same value in script.
